Interactive Driving and Vehicle Records

A web-based application that allows customers authorized by the MVA to access driver and vehicle record histories in real-time.  This MDOT Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration service allows businesses and other entities that have a legitimate business need to access a driver’s license history or motor vehicle information record. Services can only be accessed by subscribers that meet the federal Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) permissible use.  Companies are billed monthly for records searched through the system.
