NIC Maryland develops, hosts, maintains, supports, and markets free & fee-based services at no cost to our local government partners. Modest fees are applied to and paid by the customer to cover the cost of development & enhancements.

NIC is only paid when digital government services are used. We have a built-in incentive to provide affordable solutions to customers.
